2 Same Day Despatch

If your order is for a ready stocked item that does not require manufacture (e.g. neckerchiefs / personailsed products) we endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 2.00pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped within 24 hours of the next working day.

3 UK Based Orders

Royal Mail 1st Class - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
UPS Next Day Parcel delivery - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

4 European Orders

European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

5 Not at home during the day?

No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered too. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

6 Security

If delivery is by UPS you will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the delivery arrives don’t worry!

You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re-send your order regretably we will have to re-charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

7 Tracking your order

Your unique order tracking number is  emailed to you upon dispatch of order.  Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 0161 427 2220

8 Haven’t received you order when expected?

If your order doesn’t arrive when expected please contact our Customer Service Department,
